These terms cover the SPOCART mobile app and this website, operated by SPOCART from Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. Using either means you accept them.

Your account

SPOCART is a business-to-business supplier. Accounts are for businesses and institutions, and you must be authorised to buy on behalf of the business you register.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number. Keep that number secure — anyone who can receive its messages can reach your account.
Business details and GSTIN must be accurate. We print them on your GST invoice, and a wrong GSTIN can cost you input tax credit.
You may close your account at any time — see delete your account.

Every product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ), shown on the product page.
Pricing is by slab: the per-unit price falls as the quantity rises. The slab that applies is the one your quantity reaches.
Prices shown are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST is added at checkout and itemised on the invoice.
Prices and stock can change without notice. The price that counts is the one calculated when your order is placed — not the one cached on your screen.
Where a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock has gone, the delivery location cannot be served, or the details cannot be verified. Anything already paid is refunded.
A quotation we issue is valid for the period stated on it. Accepting a quotation creates an order at the quoted total.
Custom and printed items are made to your specification. Once production starts they cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are defective.

Pay online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet through our payment partner, or on Business Credit if your account has an approved limit.
Business Credit invoices are payable within the agreed period. We may suspend credit or require advance payment where invoices are overdue.
An order is treated as paid when our payment partner confirms the payment to us — not when your app shows a success screen. If the two ever disagree, the partner's record decides.
A GST invoice is issued for every order and is available in the app.

Delivery estimates are estimates. They depend on stock, destination and the courier, and are not guaranteed dates.
Check the consignment on arrival. Report shortages or transit damage within 48 hours, with photographs, so we can raise it with the courier.
Manufacturing defects are covered by the brand's warranty, and we will help you claim it.
Goods supplied correctly and as ordered are not returnable, since stock is picked and packed to your requirement. Custom and printed items are not returnable at all.

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not scrape the catalogue or resell our pricing data.
Brand names and logos belong to their owners. Our own content, photography and catalogue structure belong to SPOCART.
We keep the service available as best we can, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by a supplier we depend on.
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit.

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order. See also our privacy policy.
